When Can I expect my order to be delivered?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for order preparation and shipping. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, express delivery 3-5 business days, and international deliveries may take up to 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. As we continue to expand, we are excited to add more countries to our shipping destinations.

I put in the wrong shipping address?

If you put in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at flopsupport@gmail.com right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can fix it.

What is our return/exchange policy?


We accept return and exchange requests for a select number of non-customizable items within 30 days of purchase for our Canadian and U.S. customers. Please carefully review the following conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Customizable Items: Customizable items, such as the Flop-ID and FlopPass, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Orders placed using store credit will be refunded in store credit only.

4. Discounted Orders: Orders placed using special discounts related to your Flop-ID or FlopPass will be refunded at the discounted price you paid.

5. Return Labels: You must use the label provided to you upon completing your return or exchange request and send the item back with the associated carrier. A $10 label fee will be deducted from your refund for returns. If you opt for an exchange instead of a return, a pre-paid label will be provided at no cost, and the $10 fee will not be deducted.

6. Exchanges: Exchanges can be processed for the same item in a different size or for a different style or color. Please note:
- If exchanging for a different style or color, you may be prompted to enter your payment method details if the new item is of greater value than the original.
- No additional fee is required if exchanging the same item for a different size.

7. Final Sale Items: All final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly specified on the product pages, in your order summary before checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

8. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at flopsupport@gmail.com so that our Customer Care team can assist you further.

Why cant I purchase certain items?

Certain clothing lines and merchandise are exclusively reserved for Floptropica members with a FlopPass or FlopID. You can purchase these passes in the store when they become available.






When do FlopPasses become available?

A limited number of FlopPasses are released every Tuesday at 8 AM EST
